Changes that can be made during Open Enrollment
Health Insurance: You can change which plan you are enrolled in, add or remove dependents, opt-out of coverage, and change the tax treatment of your insurance premium cost to be deducted from your paycheck before or after tax.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA): You can enroll in FSA. If you are already participating and want to roll over funds you haven’t used into the new plan year, you will need to re-enroll.
Life Insurance: Looking to adjust your life insurance coverage? Maybe you want to add AD&D insurance. Well now’s the time to do that! You can adjust the amounts of coverage and who the coverage is for right now during Open Enrollment.
Modified Benefit Option (MBO): Eligible employees can enroll/unenroll in MBO during OE. To streamline the process, we’ve created a new online form employees can use to update their MBO selection. Enrollments/unenrollment will only be accepted through the online form during Open Enrollment.
