Any individual may report a concern to San Bernardino County’s Office of Compliance and Ethics (OCE). The OCE receives allegations of illegal or unethical conduct involving County employees. You may report evidence of known or suspected misconduct, including but not limited to, legal violations, misuse of resources, improper gifts or kickbacks, financial concerns, conflicts of interest, retaliation, safety concerns, personnel issues, and County policy and process violations.
