2025-26 Benefits Highlights

Employee Assistance Program Provider – Health Advocate:
The County is excited to announce Health Advocate as the new provider for the Employee Assistance Program, effective July 26, 2025. Health Advocate’s portal offers free and confidential counseling services to employees and their families. You can receive counseling on a variety of topics, such as, parenting, debt management, fitness, stress management, and much more.

Fertility Treatments:
Your benefits now offer greater support for reproductive health and fertility care. Senate Bill 729 ensures expanded access to fertility services by requiring insurance coverage for medically necessary treatments, helping employees pursue their family-building goals and making parenthood more attainable for individuals and families. For additional information, please reach out to your provider.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA):
Maximize your savings with the increased FSA contribution limit of $3,300. You can also choose to re-enroll in FSA during 2025 Open Enrollment and roll over up to $660 of unused funds into the next plan year. Use FSA funds for essentials like first aid kits and high-tech health tools, such as wearable health and activity trackers.
