Wellness Works Here Webinars

The County Wellness Program hosts a variety of live webinars throughout the year. By participating in a wellness webinar, you can learn tips to reduce stress, discover ways to incorporate healthy food choices into your diet, balance finances and much more!

All webinars are hosted at 12 PM unless otherwise noted. All registrants will be invited to attend the webinars live, but will also be sent a link to the recorded session afterward (for most webinars). Live attendees are entered into prize raffle drawings. Winners are contacted via email.

Earn 500 Wellable points for attending wellness webinars which are scheduled within any challenge date range. Webinars hosted outside the challenge date ranges will not be eligible for points. Wellness education classes are to be attended on the employee’s own time. Must be a County employee to be eligible for prizes. All prizes are subject to inventory availability and IRC tax codes.

Any webinars hosted and recorded by the COUNTY will be posted above and a link will be emailed to all registrants. KAISER sends all registrants the recorded sessions via email, and registrants will have 90 days to view the recorded session. TELUS webinars are not recorded.
