Learn, grow, and feel your best — one lunch break at a time!
The County’s Wellness Program offers a variety of live wellness webinars throughout the year, covering everything from stress relief and mindful eating to financial wellness and more.

All webinars are held at 12 PM (unless otherwise noted) and are open to all County employees. Can’t make it live? No worries — most sessions are recorded, and a link will be sent to all registrants after the event.

Live attendees are entered into prize raffles and winners will be contacted by email.

Earn 500 Wellable points for each eligible webinar you attend during an active challenge period! (Webinars outside challenge dates do not qualify for points.) Wellable is the mobile app used for the Steps to Success wellness rewards program. Not signed up yet? Create your Wellable account here.

Employees may participate in Wellness webinars during their personal time, unless they receive prior approval from their department to attend on County time. Use of County time for these events is at the discretion of each department. Please consult your supervisor for guidance and approval.
