Our Mission
The Human Resources Department is committed to providing effective customer service to all departments, employees, and constituents of San Bernardino County through the timely delivery of innovative, quality human resources systems, programs, and services.
Grandchildren are not considered to be a qualified dependent under the Blue Shield plans and cannot be enrolled for coverage. The only exception to this is if you have court appointed legal custody. Dependents for which you have legal custody are eligible for coverage until they reach the age of 18.
The County of San Bernardino Innovation and Technology Department will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Sunday, August 30th, between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM.
