San Bernardino County offers two flexible spending accounts (FSA/DCAP) that allow an employee to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to cover the cost of medical and dependent care expenses. Employees are eligible to participate in the FSAs if they are covered under a Memorandum of Understanding, Compensation Plan, or Employment Contract.
