The County’s Wellness Program offers a variety of live wellness webinars throughout the year, covering everything from stress relief and mindful eating to financial wellness and more.

Webinars take place at 12 PM (unless otherwise noted) and are open to all County employees. Can’t attend live? Most sessions are recorded, and a link will be emailed to everyone who registers. We encourage employees to sign up for any webinars that interest them and watch at their convenience once the recording is available.

Live attendees are entered into prize raffles and winners will be contacted by email.

Attendance Guidelines: Employees may attend webinars on personal time (breaks/lunches), unless their department approves participation during work hours. Please check with your supervisor regarding use of County time.
