Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Confidential Counseling and Life Support Resources. Health Advocate’s EAP offers compassionate, professional help for a variety of personal and work-related issues—anytime, anywhere.
Services include counseling with licensed professionals to support mental health challenges like stress, anxiety, and grief, along with digital cognitive behavioral therapy tools. We also offer legal and financial consultations, plus work-life support for childcare, eldercare, housing, and education. Additionally, you can access on-demand webinars, workshops, and resources focused on wellness and personal growth.

Tools to Help You Feel and Live Your Best. Whether you’re trying to eat healthier, stay active, manage stress, or build positive habits, Health Advocate’s personalized well-being services offer powerful resources to guide your journey.
Highlights include include one-on-one coaching with certified wellness coaches to set goals and stay accountable. Self-guided tools like trackers and challenges help jump-start your plan. Access whole health resources, including personal health profiles, articles, videos, recipes, and meal plans. Plus, use the mobile app or website anytime for convenient, private access.

Mobile App Registration Instructions
If you’re downloading the mobile app (not required for desktop use), you’ll need to enter a registration code during the initial setup:

Download the Health Advocate app.

Tap “I have a registration code.”

Enter the code: SBCOUNTY

You’ll be redirected to the login screen—this is normal.

Now tap “Register Now” to complete your account setup.
This step is only needed once when registering through the mobile app. You won’t need to enter the code again on future downloads.
